Afriq Water Refunds & Returns Policy

At Afriq Water, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy sets out the terms under which you may return products and request a refund.

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Refunds will only be processed if the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Products must be in good condition and in the original packaging.

  • The cost of returning items to Afriq Water is the responsibility of the customer.

  • A 15% handling fee is mandatory for all product returns, where products manufactured by Afriq Water are not defective (as arranged with our team).

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

  • Products returned after the 14-day period.
